Changing your running style
I'm a marathon virgin hoping to do the virgin( london) marathon...I'm building my miles slowly but have realised i run on the balls of my feet which obviously puts huge strain on my calfs......
Has anyone had to alter their running style to accomodate the longer distances!!!
Is there a proven way of changing your running style?
Is it easy or even possible?
Anyway, any thoughts warmly welcomed.
