Pipski with Angela
Angela, back running today. Right leg fine. Left leg has downgraded from pain to stiffness, so happy it's going in the right direction. The 'not well' feeling I have been feeling for the past few days (I could just not stay awake despite early to bed) has manifested itself as a cold so sniffles in full force (yay for Sudafed!). This fitness lark does half make you poorly
Anyway, 4.5miles done, of which 3 were at about 8:55 pace - which was more comfortable than the park run on Sunday at about the same. Wonder if the watch makes it feel easier?
Plan this week: 5miles steady tomorrow, 5 miles Saturday, I will try (but not confirmed) 20miles on Sunday very slow. Psycholgically, I need to get that in I think. I have final physio appointment booked for Monday as well.
Nicole, I'm going to be looking for more halfs to run, got 2 signed up for September, I need to have the regularly plan to keep me runnning.
Glad things are recovering Rachel and looks like a nice easy week (apart from the 20!!
Since Reading has been and gone I find I'm in a bit of a limbo till Edinburgh at the end of May and seem to struggle with focus if I haven't got something to aim for. Pretty sure the baby will change then when she decides she's going to arrive!!
