Seems to be a lot of illness and injuries on the thread this week. Hope everyone is recovering now. Ooompa popping calf sounds nasty and quite frustrating. Red, you've been really patient with the knee, hope you're back out there soon. Have you been given anything to do to rehab it? Chick, have your post marathon niggles gone now?

Plus I hope everyone else has a good weekend whether they are mountain biking, doing a long run or just keeping things ticking over.
Been experimenting with what hurts my knee. Cycling and pilates seem okay, yoga helped make it better, but walking makes it worse so running seems to be out for a while. Wondering about experimenting with some of the lunchtime classes they have at the work gym including spin and circuits. They'd be easy to keep 9a from the OH, but it's often quite difficult to take a long lunch break.
