It seems so. Gazelle's husband has referred to these threads as "running porn", can see why now.

And Mr Z slap my wrist for not mentioning the tapir photos, very important. They're good.

I ran in the snow this morning.  I woke at 4:30 and saw it and was dying to get out and play.  Unfortunately the dogs are away working so didn't have them to frolic with but had a lovely run.

Cold & ice this morning. Didn't run. Too scared to fall over again now that everything seems to be healing so nicely.

Oh boy, I think I was rather more embarrassing on Friday than I care to remember . I told people things that I clean forgot ... ouch. Apparently I also re-enacted the final scene from Dirty Dancing with a workmate, complete with dialogue. I was dead impressed that he knew all the words! We didn't do the lift at the end though. Phew

FRC - Cellulitis, isn't that just for women.

DD - Wot no puncture proof tyres or repair kit with you, shame on you. You better get prepared, cus over here you're be walking 50m back home if you're not prepared, bliddy hedge thorns.

Freemers - Great run. What about 'festive freemers' as a name. Or following Spoons and O4S, how about 'forget christmas freemers'.

aarrgghh - I've just uploaded my Garmin to Fetch. My November mileage was 96 miles. That's the lowest it's been since May 2010   

Simon, cellulitis, not cellulite! 

Deep skin infection thing, not the funny mottled skin on backs of some legs.  Ultra runner at club scratched his shin 2-3 months ago during a race and collapsed last week, drip and on anti biotics. Just wondered if this was a common thing, seems so easy.

13 miles in North Wales yesterday but with 2500 ft of hills, I'd usually walk a few of these but 6 of us so ran up most of them, very slowly. Snowing up the top and looked lovely. Lots of cake once we got back down.

Weirdest moment, Just after we got started, friend had her labrador with her.. another owners dog ran along with us for 1/4m. Owner finally appeared, how far are you going, take him and I'll see you in a couple of hours whilst I have my breakfast? Errr.. No thank you!.

Spoons - I got down to 69.5 miles in August!
