Morning all,
haha - cheers everyone for asking - absolutelty fine; no damage other than a slightly bruised ego!
i was a little naughty last night - after icing, stretching, rollering and swimming for two days i decided to go for a run to test out the shin. No pain at all - and felt good enough to do the scheduled session.
so 10 miles in all list night but started slow +10m/m for the first 3, then got progressively quicker with a last 5 of; 7:37, 07:17, 07:02, 06:57; 06:44
much more consistent than my last LT attempt, legs feel great this morning too!
Sorry thatthe snow is hampering so many of the others
Hope our skiers are having a ball!
