Now Now whats going on?
Minnni First off I'm not a Iron Man yet, though I'm working on that. I have though run a few of these marathon things and indeed have run sub 3-30, though there were many times not so long ago when I considered that impossible. So lets start by saying of course you can do it ,as after all its just a abstract number does it really matter if its 3-31 or 3-29? To the general public no it doesn't to a runner you bet your arse it does BUT at the end of the day it is a mental barrier more than a physical one.
So what marathon are you running? Whats your current PB and what schedule if any are you planning on following?
Apologies in advance for what I know will be rather random postings over the next week or so as I'm currently travelling around the UK visiting relatives and most of them being rather elderly have not embraced the internet!
Right now its a pretty good time to kick back and enjoy the good things in life so don't put that wine glass down just yet!
