Did MCR last year in 4.25 not my best which is 3.59 at Edinburgh, I was not going to do MCR again after last years disaster at the baggage tent a one hour wait for my bag with dry clothes in it - however I missed the Edinburgh closing date so here I am again, at least the weather looks better this year!
Been catching up, and some good running here! Well done everyone.
Hitting the treadmill tomorrow to attempt first run in 7 weeks. Leg has felt good this week and been running on the spot a bit to test it, so going to give it a go. Very nervous, but figure just take it slow and do a little bit and see how it is. Marathon i've entered is end of june...so its soon....but taking it as a training exercise, and just looking to finish and not die, so should be ok.Then next year look to get that sub 4 on my second mara. Here's hoping anyway!
RWTW - good to have you back. Best of luck with your recovery run on the treddie.
