Hiya Bertie...Im scheduled to run for them again this year...I did the 2006 FLM,Cardiff Half and London 10km for them recently. I say scheduled because the doc says I have the beginnings of a hernia following last Sundays 13 mile training run!...deep joy. So will be taking it easy until the specialist has a peek......hopefully is all gonna work out ok though.

Hi Dave

hope your hernia goes away and you can run.....Some of us ran round Richmond park today which was great.

Im happy with my money raised so far and have another 300 to come from sponsor forms, it means i can concentrate on the training now :-)
