Is it me or the closer to the big event, the less sleep i seem to get, yes i know surfing the web is not good down time, but still, my mind is wurrring
How do you guys wind down? Done one of my last sprint sessions, well hills, about 4 hours ago now, but my mind is in overdrive...
Maybe i should count sheep, 1, 2, 3....
My mind it wurring too. I usually read to get to sleep but as soon as I put my book down and turn off the light I am wide awake and planning , getting to the hotel, what to eat, what to wear, ,,,,,,,, even though I have sorted all of these things out.
