I think I might be officially a nutcase. Starting to get genuinely upset when I see all these bloody runners forcing their way down the road when its blowing a hooley and p*ssing down. I want to be out there getting wet and blown about like they are!
Check on SF next week and I shall hopefully then get tossed about like a good un.

You have almost identical PB's to me for all distances up to the marathon - where I lag 6 minutes behind you, but had targeted 2.48 for London this year. I would be really interested to know what training schedule you followed for Paris to hit your 2.48?
Any advice much appreciated!

I'm afraid as boring and as irritating as it sounds, RICE works on stress fractures.

Great interval session this afternoon.
5 min warm up at 7:10 ish30 mins hard intervals5 min warm down at 7:10
6 and a bit miles in 40 mins, ready to take on that Town Moor now, unless it's underwater.
The weather is looking fairly pants for you all running newcastle at the weekend.
I don't envy you running 26 miles in rain and wind while you're splashing through mud and puddles

I slapped a bag of Pilau on it WTS and it seemed to make it worse....
