Alan-At the top under the main titles there are 9 smaller ones.Click on the 3rd one along called training,then when the next screen appears look for the one with todays date and thats it.

Im still alive by the way.Have done no running since London but have been working out on the weights and rowing machine quite abit.Thinking about getting back out there this weekend although saying that the legs are feeling great at the moment with the break from it all.

Come on over to the daily training thread guys and girls:o) You can post your daily training, talk to others, get support for anything and praise on your performances!

It's on the Training Forum and as LLL says you'll find the actual thread is started with the day and date and will mostly have a song lyric to guess at.

Hilly the leg is still a slight ploblem I may need to go to the doctor's about it? but some less miles may help so will wait abit yet. race on wednesday will makr or break it i think.

7.2 miles it is a club race and as blister asked it has beer at the end. just on the common but it follow a road route, bit hilly, but not a must for you then:-)
