Hi all.

Congrats Didds.

Called in to see Tutu and L yesterday. L is such a cutie - I took a piccie - didnt manage to get one of the three of us as R went out before I thought about it so no one to take a piccie. I'll post the piccie on FB for those who are my FB friends. Was lovely to see Tutu (and L) - she says hi but is very busy with L and so doesn't have time to post much at the moment. I'm sure she'll not mind me mentioning she is planning VLM 2014.

I'd def be up for a July meet up.

Good to "see" you Coxy.

Like a marathon? Enjoy

06/05/2013 at 00:22

thanks, Coxy. Today I ran 8 miles in 1 hour and a quarter. It was Fun!

06/05/2013 at 08:41

Sounds like a great run Ikle. I ran 8 miles too - great to get out for a run without having to worry about doing long miles.

Did I read that you are doing the Thunder Run?

06/05/2013 at 10:31

Ickle, you must do the knee strengthening and rollering. It will help prevent injuries in the future.

Today we are off up to the South Bank as there is a Spanish Festival so lots of tapas for lunch!

Welcome back Coxy!

Enjoy the sun everyone

That's cool, Jovi, didn't know you were doing T run too. Where is it, actually? The weather today is amazing... I'm loving our cycle ride.

not sure beer is the best for cycle rides but it sure hits the spot...

Because it was very hot Susan

Well for the first time ever not gone sub 4 and proud of myself and happy! Milton Keynes marathon today in 4.06 Very hot and saw 5 people on the floor which is never nice ran at 9 mm until about 19 but think the heat and London were the issue so just backed right off. Was nice to have a stadium finish and feel good enough to run round the track waving at the crowds and just walk away feeling fine at the end So that's it maybe a half next weekend and the South Africa here I come
