Saw the stamp picture on your FB Lyndy, couldn't really work it out what it was, too small piccie and bad eyesight!!  Did guess it was you - how fabulous!!

I'm going to enter Stubbington 10k which is always early Jan, so I have 4 months to get from zero to 10k in a reasonable time    I know me; if I don't get a 'good' time I will feel really disappointed.  By reasonable I mean breaking an hour!!

Thought you might like to read the guest blog I wrote (if you haven't seen it on facebook that is lol!). Please spread it amongst your lady friends If it can stop just one person going through what I have been through, then it will be worth it! Thanks x

Morning everyone

Hope your arms and legs are okay Tracey

Off to the Paralympic Village for the last time today.  They're holding a Village People Party to thank everyone who worked in The Village.  We're rpromised lots of surprises so hope they're nice ones.  It all kicks off with speeches at 10:30, (Seb Coe?, Boris?, David Cameron?, David Beckham - Nah )  Doesn't finish until 16:30 so seems like there should be lots going on.  Will be meeting up with a couple of people from my team so a nice catching up day

Evening everyone. Had a fantastic day yesterday but now the party really is over and life has to resume to normal. No more Paralympics. nd to think I nearly dropped out at one point. So glad I didn't now.
As I said normal service has now resumed and I'm at my mither's!!!!! AAAAARRRRRRGGHGGGHHHHHHH! Lots if gin called for. And to cap it all, we're off to Hull on Sunday til Wednesday. Auntie Aluce has been fretting that she hadn't seen us for two months. More gin!

Done 3 days of shredding. Day 4 today and and not aching as much.

Lyndy - good luck at your mums. You could take your bike and enjoy the local cycle paths. Think it's this weekend there's a food festival at Rutland Water.

Hello all

I have been sulking but going to try and keep up now!

Tracey - Well done...I have done some shredding...hurt a lot!

Cinders - I hope Thomas got on okay?

I have not run for 6 weeks but tried a gentle 3 miles this morning. Ankle felt okay, but have lost a lot of fitness. If no pain will try another run on Wednesday

How are things going with you and your family MWW?  Is your daughter improving?

Thomas got on fab.  Was my first day at work today, not sure I like it but it is only the first day
