Lyndy - Bernard's too fast for me.

Did just over 5 miles off-road, very muddy.

Good for Bernard Shame you didn't get a place though Tracey.

I am in a bad way today. I went to Brad and Danny's Xmas drinks last night. There was much merriment And wine I haven't laughed so much in ages - my stomach and jaw hurt. Got in around 6.30 this morning

I went to Derby yesterday to share my experience of womb cancer with a deaf club in Derby yesterday. It blew my mind. I learned so much - there is so little info available to deaf people about health issues. Most have British Sign Language as their first language so written English can be quite hard for them. I was amazed when one lady asked me if she could still get womb cancer having had a hysterectomy. I was bombarded with questions but these women had real fears which had never been addressed properly. I am going to put one together for London and maybe get someone from Ovarian Cancer Action along. And I am going to start getting some people on side for improving things. Letters to write..........

Welcome back to the cold TS!

Congratultions to Bernard, Tracey. Shame you didn't get a place, but I know you'll be doing other marathons.

Hope you've recovered from your busy week-end Roobs.

Have run every day so far in December, although only 2 miles on Saturday. Beautiful but muddy out on the forest yesterday.

Ditto TS But how did you do that lovely smiley?

17/12/2012 at 11:21

Ahh, just found it

17/12/2012 at 17:35

I like the Christmas smileys

Still no running, I'm in the 'there is always a reason not to' at the moment, it will change.  Daft things like 'ooh just washed my hair, if I run tonight I will have to wash it again' etc etc etc.  Must do one in the next few days though!

I haven't run for two weeks as I have either been so busy or bloody hungover lol!

I'm only running twice a week and shredding once a week
