Slow, steady but determined.
Well it would have been TS, but I'm actually too busy. Had work to do this morning, which I've just finished. Now it's present wrapping. I keep putting it off because there's so much of it. Seven grandkids with presents from us, my mum and MiL, all of which I have to wrap
Good luck with the wrapping Lyndy
I see you've been having fun and games doing yours Cinders
No, I was meaning it was my excuse Lyndy, not yours Can't remember waht todays is!! It was very wet this morning but OK this afternoon ...
I is a runner again
Only 2.4 miles but nice pace and a big hill To copy Roobs ... followed by a hot cross bun (Christmas - hot cross bun??? blame M&S!)
Have a good time Roobs
Just want to say Happy Christmas to you all and hopefully, after I get the next couple of days out of the way, I'll be on here posting running stuff rather than all about the mundane issues of my life.
Have a wonderful Christmas everyone xxx
Happy Christmas all
Hope you are all well and had a good xmas
I am back from Leeds and back at work But its nice and quiet and I get to come on here
After all the excesses of the past few days, I am eating fruit and salad all day! My body was craving that this morning
Hello Roobs and all
I've just bought myself a new laptop
Its weird though - can't work it out properly
Roobs - hope you get the new lap top sorted!
LTS - great to "see" you I can empathise with the teenager thing My son is now 13, oldest is 18 and middle daughter is 16, she is still quite poorly and has not been well enough to go out for about a year now Hopeful that 2013 will bring her better health
I have entered Brighton, but playing it by ear at the moment as family stuff is quite time consuming. I have managed week 1 of the training schedule, 6 on Monday 5 on wednesday and 8 this morning. Should have been an LSR of 10 today but taking it slowly and hope to build up to schedule in a week or two
MWW, hope your daughter's health improves in 2013. Did you get a diagnosis of what is wrong?
LTS, I'm entered for Brighton half but haven't run in a while so not sure about it.
Roobs, any joy with the laptop?
