km, I remember well those days when I had to check the weather to see which was the best day to run. I remember missing one long run completely, I think around the 15 mile mark, when it was such dreadful weather that neither day was any good. I don't mind getting caught in the rain, but setting off in it, especially for a long run is a no no for me

Might have to do a run on Sunday, unless I get up early in the morning. we have lunch with friends organised and it always ends up lasting until evening.
