long time no see!!!!!!
Hellooooo TS. Good to have you back
Good to be 'back'
Just need to get some miles under my belt now
Evening everyone. Not much happening on here nowadays
Anyway, off on our holidays on Tuesday and travelling up to Gatwick tomorrow and doing day before check in and staying up there as we have a 7am flight Tuesday morning. Thought it would give us an extra hour or so in bed although I double I'll sleep anyway. Catch up when we get back and "hopefully" I will manage to get some sort of running programme sorted out after two weeks of rest and relaxation
Lynda - hope you both have a fantastic Holliday?
ARGHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!! All packed a couple of weeks ago. Now need to unpack and repack because the cases and hand luggage are F-A-R too heavy and that's with paying for extra baggage. What's a girl to do??????
All done and now got lots of room Just got to shower and change and I'm ready. AND the taxi's not picking us up 'til 5pm. Never had so much time on my hands when I'm getting ready to go somewhere. Anyone would think I'm excited
Have a fab time Lyndy
Will do Cinders
Have a great time Lyndy - enjoy the sunshine!!
I've runned!!!! 5.5 miles at 9:50 mm - shows what getting back to the running club forces you to do!
Yay, well done TS
TS - Well done speedy lady
I didn't mention though that we kept stopping every mile or so to regroup so I guess it wasn't really sub 10. But in saying that, there was a bugger of a big hill in the middle so swings and roundabouts!
Sat in faffing about on the internet, can't be bothered to do much housework and it's too wet and cold to do stuff outdoors
It's warm today than yesterday here. Could you do parkrun on Saturday TS?
There is a couple of parkruns near us Tracey, I may check them out.
