Did a lovely countryside / along the river run Friday - very warm and I'm not carrying water at the moment but it was a good steady 12.3 miles.
Today's was just as scenic, 17.3 round the villages and tracks west of Lincoln, finishing with 3 pacey miles as I tried to catch my running buddy again!
The taper begins << H E R E > > !!!
All training is now complete or not happening. Nothing more now will make us any quicker on race day, we have set our max pace, just need to tone and taper and be sensible so that pace can happen on race day!
