Hi every1, work for me today, tomorrow, infact working til Thursday when I collect my race number !!
Last bit of tapper for me, did 4 miles last night and will do 8 tomorrow and then its a 4,4,2(sounds like a football system!)

Hello everyone and good luck to you all.
I am running, my number is 30066, and I should be at mile 17 in around 2 hours 20 I think, I plan to average 8.15 pace. I will be wearing a nike crop top, black shorts and bright orange nike lunarglide trainers. I will bring some jelly beans to the expo.

Checking after marathon 1 in Brighton, happy to get round in 3.51..although the wind burn/sunburn face is glowing.
