Had to take him to supermarket as rest of house at football. Amazing how good he will be for a Moshi monster! He made a list of food beforehand, we found a car space right next to the supermarket and only had to queue for 5 mins! He was very good but now exhausted,

Running was awful this morning however I did manage to take a wacking great 40-odd seconds off my park run PB. Beer carb loading obviously works!

Possibly more fun than some of your trips to the supermarkets!

That's fabulous news, I really didnt expect to get through or find out today so that was really unexpected. I'm over the moon to have minni who I've come to know and love on the forum six sub 3:30 thread....minni when does the training start and what do I need to do next?

Just about to head out and celebrate now....I might be following in my mentors footsteps tomorrow morning!!
