I have had a computer crash and los ALL my running diaries for the past 10 years

Also all my finishing times for London. Anyone know as site where I can get results back 15 years ?

My PC is dead - if I take out the hard drive anyone know if I can retrieve the data on it and how ?

VLM result page has result for last 8 years i think but can't help for older results.

Can't you get the 'puter looked at, happend to me a year back, thought everything had been wiped, but man in shop recovered it all for me

I sure you can recover the data - but personally not sure how its done - suggest a independant PC shop - youi can then get a caddy and use it as a back up drive for a new PC if its still OK
