Having just completed the 2004 FLM, somewhat wet and slowly???, I would like to know if it is possible to purchase the timex data recorder, now and download all the information my performance monitor (stopwatch)recorded whilst i was running, or is it to late?, do you have to run with the data recorder at the time of the event, I did not buy the recorder before(limited funds), but i would like to keep all the data for future reference, and will buy the recorder if this is possible.
help appreciated. shaun

You need to run with data recorder on. The watch does not store information but transmits it simulataneously to the data device. macro

thanks macro for answering my question,at least i will know now for next year if im lucky enough to get in again. I did find it interesting taking all the info off the watch and seeing where i did good or bad on the course, once i got back home, and it was fantastic to have my own personal pacer on the end of my arm, for the race. cheers

To be precise, the watch doesn't transmit anything, it's only a receiver just like the data recorder. The GPS and HRM transmit. Thus, when you record laps on your watch you won't get the lap time recorded on the recorder either.
