Hi does anyone know of any web sites that have good training plans on them,im after one which e mails your day or weeks plan to you,or of any software which you can use to plan your training Paul

There are some schedules on this site and theres also halhigdon.com which seems to work fine for me. There are general hints and advice for every day of the marathon programme although I don't think it has the facility to e-mail you.
