Training Runs FLM 2003

Hello, this is a qestion for the Runners world training team.....

What training runs are the team doing coming up to the FLM please? Is it the same ones as last year?

Any chance of one near me in Swansea, always see them in England but too far for me to get to. Please Please do something in Wales we do have a wealth of runners. I have applied for my 4th London so fingers crossed. Ran it this year but should not have as i had bronchitis but had 3.5K sponsorship couldn't let them down. If i get in next year want a sub 4 so need all the help i can get.....
