You seem to be up to a good mileage base mcs.  What is on the schedule this week?

Well my mileage for December was 0.  Moving house and Christmas put running on the back burner.  No spring marathon for me this year, maybe an Autumn on, possible Abbingdon but we will see.

Gatton - hope to see you at Bluewater in June then.

Might try and get to the gym one morning this week just to get a few miles under my belt.

Happy running and hope its not too windy out there.

Happy 2012 and a settled one hopefully once the boxes are all unpacked!! Three miles at lunch and a cycle home then five tomorrow and then 3 on Saturday and a longer one Sunday still taking it easyish as five months away till my Marathon in May.
