Onwards and upwards to other events :o)
after an early, 6am start with little bro did a nice 15.25 miler Saturday then this morning did a great 5.25 to work with three quick miles in the middle of 7.56-7.41-7.53 so quite pleased though feeling bit weary at the moment high mileage wearing me down abit now.........must keep going.
Coming to the end of another week of training and its hopefully going to be the highest ever done of around 45 miles as long as I can get to 20 on Sunday. Bank Holiday Monday to recover on so heres hoping.
Last week was just under 50 miles top mileage ever done.........21 miles done on Sunday with Jane. Intervals done today, just five miles!! Tapering down now with a 14 miler and an hour the following week then RACE day, getting twitchy now!!
22 miles done 9 days to go to Race day.......had enough just want to get it over and get out on the bike or go for a walk..........taper madness setting in.......work dead and looking very quiet due to recession.......someone build some houses please!!
