There is for sure. 5 000-5 500 places in the ballot according to various sources on the net. Don´t know how many places that are reserved in the race though...

The rejection email came today. Anyone from abroad who had any luck in the overseas ballot? Personally I think I go for Paris instead.

I got my rejection mail today too which means bonjour Paris for me too.
