how early do you want to start??we do go out early so as not to lose the whole day.i think they fancy doing a long one but you don't have to do the whole lot.i won't be running this sat as i'm hoping to do a 12 mile training run in hemel hempstead on sunday.

i have not run a single step during the last week, due to a lot of work-related mania (almost literally - i do research on mental health)....
bit worried that this might be a bit of a knock-back in terms of running closer to 4 hours than 5, but maybe the week off will freshen me up a little.....

i can't make tomorrow LSKOTW, but will certainly try and make the week after. 15 miles might be a bit fair for me (training prog says about 11-13), but if the pace is ok, then i'll try and stay the distance.
have a good one tomorrow,
chris
