Loads of info on carbs and stuff but how much water should we be drinking over the next three days??

Just keep on sipping water and make sure you are not going thirsty. Look at your pee as well as that will tell you how hydrated you are. It should be pale in colour, and have a slightly lemony taste when served in a tall glass over ice....

ok ok so just kidding about the glass bit.

Basically drink more than you think you need but don't overdo it.

I usually reckon on around 2 litres a day - taken little and often. The colour of your urine should indicate if you're sufficiently hydrated.

Is a good site to go to. Follow the procedure and it will tell you how much water to drink on the day!

Other than that follow the 'pee' advice as above.

Thanks kk, it's good. Told me how much I should be drinking at each water station too!! Do you think that they can measure 0.08l out ready for me!!!
