MY LONGEST RUN WAS 16 AT KINGSTON SO I KNOW IT WONT BE EASY.I WOULD LOVE TO DO UNDER 4H BUT JUST FINISHING WILL BE GREAT.

I HAVE SEEN A BOOK ADVERTISED CALLED UNDER 4HRS IN 4 MONTHS AND IT CLAIMS IF YOU FOLLOW ITS ADVICE ITS POSSIBLE EVEN ON YOUR FIRST ATTEMPT. HAS ANYONE READ THIS BOOK AND IF SO IS IT TRUE? MAYBE UNDER 4HRS WOULDN'T JUST BE A DREAM DREAMER!
