For Mo Farah or Paula Radcliffe No Terrible time need to do better

However in great scheme of things a 10k under 60 minutes is good,I think there is a thread somewhere on the Forums,so plenty of people wish they could do it

However if you are a 70+ year old running that time, you are bloody quick

Whether or not 59 mins is "ok" for 10K very much depends on your age, weight, running history, volume & quality of training, general level of fitness, what you want to achieve, and probably a whole load of other factors.

It depends ....

For example Seren Nos would kill for a time that quick ........ me ...... been there, done that, bought the T-Shirt already.

One of those other factors obviously being whether or not it's faster than DF3's best time

DF3 -- You certainly got a decent time in that Family Fun Run you did recently... Did your son actually run with you or was that you running on your own?
