I will be running two marathons in 6 weeks next year and wanted to get some advice on what would be a suitable training schedule between the two marathons? I wanted to find out what people would suggest with regards to rest, mileage and taper between the two marathons. I have been running for about 2.5 years now, have completed 3 marathons and have a rough weekly mileage of around 40 miles a week
Depends on how your feeling i suppose. lots of time between now and then for your body to adapt so go on how you feel at the time.
