Hi there my learned froneds of fitness.
I am wnting to ask as I want to run next year, Brighton Marathon and the week later London Marathon. Done 2 Marathons (London) before and just wondering what to do after Brighton? I guess just a couple of 3/4 miles to flush the legs?
Anyone who has any tips would greatly appreciate it.
Did not run LOndon today but well done all those who did
