First of two runs done just over 6 miles out later for another.

Just in from 10 muddy miles

Just finished the second run of the day. 4 miles recovery.

Excellent.  Any pictures of the new dog available yet?

Been busy lately, so need to read back a bit to catch up. Looks like some good winter miles being logged by all though. Jason's splits are awesome as always... NP I'd love to get close to that for tempo runs too, but that's where it stops

Did the Sleepwalker 20 last Saturday. It is an enjoyable run, very different to your usual fayre, but certainly tough. On the final mile-or-so descending a very wet Brinore Tramroad with my torch picking out the stream but missing most of the rocks, the thought "I'm not doing this next year" crossed my mind [there may have been some expletives in there too . Oddly the same thought that I also had in 2011.

I'm a sucker for punishment!
