I'm 19 and currently run a 17:48 5K. This is on very minimal training (run once or twice a week). What sort of training would you suggest to improve my 5K time (possibly to a sub 17?) and also what sort of half marathon time should I be aiming for based on my 5K?
The two distances require different approaches and training. According to McMillan you could potentially do 1:22:25.
