Advice. 10 mile to 1/2M in 3 weeks

I believe that it takes three weeks to get the bennefit of a long run. So do your last one now.

If you can, try some 1 mile reps. If not tansfer them to the bike or eliptical trainer.

It might be better to only do recovery runs & cross train for your hard sessions.
