Apologies for hijacking this thread, but I wanted to seek some advice and i think there is a lot of experience in this thread!!!
I am training towards a sub 3hr 15mins marathon target for October, im going by a 16 week plan as set on runnersworld for the garmin, im in week 6....
I need to do a half marathon race this sunday, it merly states run @ half marathon pace. To achieve a 3hr 15min marathon, i need to run a half marathon in and around 1hr 31mins...
does this need to be achieved by week 6 of the 16 wk programme or at alater stage (there is anothe rhalf marathon race later in the programme)
