Like WSS says, I would consider taking a break. Let the body rest and recover.
I am going to be following some of my own advice here.
I am having a no run weekend. This comes after 31 days running - one month (my most ever). 255 miles, which averages about 8.25 miles a day. Two reasons for the rest. One it is the start of the big piping competitions this weekend, and so it is a seriously early start in the morning and late home. Secondly I will start my taper for the HM next weekend. A few easier runs over the week, with a few bike rides thrown in so that I am fresh for next Saturday.
