Change & Shower in Central London ?

I have a day in London tomorrow with a few hours between meetings and want to find a gym where I can use the changing rooms and shower as a base for a run outside, most places I have found want me to become a member, any suggestions where I can just turn up and pay a few quid to use the facilities gladly welcomed.  Will be in the west end/kings cross area.

think some of the la fitness gyms you can access for a fiver.

What about a council run sports centre? Buy a swim ticket and use the facilities?
