Longest Day - Winter is coming!!!!!
OK - today I rest. Weather forecast for tomorrow's soiree into the Irish Sea is Shite - but I'm going to be brave. What better preparation for a race than having a full "dry run". Only problem is that all the others are club members with shiny bikes and pointy hats.
Thanks for the happy anniversaries - it was nice once I got home last evening. I'm cooking anniversary dinner tomorrow night with waiter/ waitress help from the kids. Need to allow for breakages!!
Good to see DD back in the fold and I see back in "Blighty". Hope you bought a coat!!.
alehouse - 30 mins on the road, I like to see this, I like a lot!
Just ran in the new Mizanos. Dustin I think it was you who asked how they were compared to the Asics 2000? From 1st impressions they are lighter and seem to provide a similar amount of support. I like them. Not sure if they're better or worse than the Asics yet, only time will tell I suppose!
Longest Day is it.
From tomorrow: "Aye the nights are fair drawing in !"
donaldo will know this saying I hope...

So, winter nights are on the way all too soon.
Enjoy the North Downs, Wabo.

OH - Nice enjoy Harris
Birkmyre, myself and Jen were just saying that last night. We agreed that on Saturday, we'll probably say it frequently! Good phrase!
Bathroom is now finished. Had the ceremonial flushing
Pammie:I can just hear it in an Irish accent, my grandfather and his family were from Portrush
donaldo: Agree great phrase.
Oh and saw a sign up outside a local hotel advertising...Christmas Nights Out. I'm not kidding... 'Gie's a break !'

Certainly familiar with this phrase. Uncertain whether it is Scottish although I've now spent more of my life in Orkney than anywhere else.
