I hear ya LMH- so many options!
Hummm managed 5 miles rather than the 6.2 as although I got home early and it was still light, it was too slippery to run once it got dark. Anyway, better than nothing. Meant to reach the dizzy heights of -6 tomorrow. Think I'll hide inside!
OH that is pretty windy...Dibs ohhh a shiny new toy to play with
Just wet and windy here, Emz...although not on the OH scale of wind!
What: just 2kWhy: turn legs over. Long run tomorrow (a relative term...60 mins or thereabouts)
Working from home, but with a significant challenge of (dis)organisation that needed resolving. This meant that all I could do was sit still, on the phone and laptop, getting progressively colder. I really wanted to get a short steady run done, but now the rain's set in and the evening's activities have caught up.
Still, it looks like I'll be getting a bike ride tomorrow. It's been a while.
