Heavy day today. Doubt I'll get running.
LMH - it's Brighton for me.
What: probably nothing
Why: Lots of intermittent work to do
Have a good Friday.
LmH - probably be a later start - Saturdays normally have to be at the pool for 6:15 for youngest's training. Her XC race tomorrow is middayish, but parking at Parly Hill isn't the best. Think the senior/vet men go off about 3, so I should be finished in daylight...
What: possibly 10 km, possibly restWhy: there was a lot of snow when I left this morning. None at work though, so we'll see what it looks like when I get home. Snow + dark is not good.Last hard: Tuesday was pretty hardLyrics: familiar, but not sure

What: Rest day + half day at work (Yay).

Emzap- Each day is better than the last I think. Hard to tell, work is keeping me distracted, plus keeps me aware that I am actually capable.
Decided to buy a triathlon bike with the money now not going on elective. Will be my first racing/tri bike. Anyone have any suggestions on brands/do and don't for buying? I think I will have around a grand to play with.
Actually 40 gusting 55 kts (44 - 60 mph)
fire lit and not going out again
Gobi- Ride and tri. Is it a better option to get a racing bike and then get areo bars?
Afternoon A lovely day here - if you are a skier fresh powdery snow and minus 6 degrees. Perfect conditions for a tempo run --- NOT!!what: 7 slow mileswhy: see abovelast hard: coming to terms that winter is here to stay for a whilelast rest: Mondaylyrics: yes!!Have a nice weekend all.
I think hopefully the back is responding to the exercises, please please...
Dustin I am over Parly Hill tomorrow too
oh, sounds lovely 'fire lit and not going out'!
emzap I was delighted my doctor gave me exercises tbh!
think I know the lyrics
what: 3 miles and back exercises done first thing this morning
why: need to run and back needs the other!
last hard: this morning
last easy: yesterday
have a good weekend all
Sounds promising Wabo.
Dibs - if it were me I'd go for a road bike and clip on bars. The most important thing is fit so go to a proper bike shop and take some advice - or pay for a bike size at a Retul fitter or similar. Having the set up right makes a huge difference.
OH - I envy you your fire but not your weather.
Don't send any our way emzap/chickadee!
