I've been following the Furman half marathon schedule for two weeks now and I would be really interested to know about other people's experiences of this method.
Im finding the long runs and tempo runs alright but have found the intervals really hard and have yet to hit the target. How did everyone else find them?
Hi- there have been a few other threads about these schedules- they seem to work OK, unless you're looking for an elite time, but the intervals do seems to be a killer for everyone- come over to the "3 days per week thread"- there's a group of us on there.
