I am planning to run the 84 miles of the Hadrian's Wall Path over the summer; in six stages, averaging 14 miles a day.
I have run a number of half marathons in my time, but six consecutive days will be a test of my stamina and my body. I would be grateful if anyone had any training tips for such an enterprise.
I'm thinking of calling it the "Hadrian Half-Izzard"
Any training, technical and dietary advice would be most welcome!
