Heart rate base training

Hello all,

I'm trying to lose weight using my heart rate monitor, I know at what % to run at but; how many times a week should I run and also for how long?

the answer is basically as long as you as as often as you can without becoming injured or infringing on other important aspect of your life. but you might work towards an hour a day six days a week.
