I've torn the cartilage in my knee so until it's been fixed can't go running, walking or anything. I'm on crutches, can't drive and feel very much house bound.
Not being able to run/train is really getting me down and could really do with finding something to do, but know is going to be tough.
Does anyone have any suggestions for me? I've been off my feet since 7th June and probably going to be August/September before I undergo surgery and really need to do some form of training.
Feeling very down knowing I'm also going to have to defer doing the Great North Run too
