Ive just completed my 4th marathon and have decided during the summer to have a break from marathons. I will do 10k during the summer and then maybe a couple of halfs in the autumn. Does anyone have a prog to help both my 10k races but not loose all my stamina running (followed the FIRST prog and due to work and family would like to keep on running 3 times a week)
Have you looked at the progs on this site? Or are they all too specific ie: 10ks or 1/2 s?
I am similar - am doing a 22m race on Sat and then want to do a few races during the summer and be prepared for the cross country season by October. Havent got round to looking at any schedules yet tho.
