Day six for me, and plyometric cardio again, pretty pleased on an improved performance from day 2, but level 1 drills and squat thrusts broke me each time. Used my hr monitor to regulate rests, needed about a minute instead of 30 seconds. So glad it's rest day tomorrow, just about to head out for walk/run Parkrun.
