WANTED ....  LONG RUN PARTNER or PARTNERS

I am in IPSWICH visiting family and on Sunday 27th FEB I would love to do my long run with some company, I am training for London Marathon and will want to do a 2 hour 30 minute run, I run my long runs at about  8.45 / minute pace. 

Let me know if you are around for an 8am - 9am start.
