Is running addisctive?

I've been having a good year so far and built up my milage from last year. I'm also really enjoying my running again after a few years of struggling to get motivated.

I'm now running anything from 6-10 runs per week-averaging about 60mpw. I like to get at least one long session per week. I also do tempo sessions, intervals and hills.

I've a range of races from 5ks to ultras to hill races. I'm not competitive.

My partner says that I'm addicted and don't know when to stop.

I don't think I am but get a tad grumpy if I don't get out every day. I have started to squeeze in a few runs when she's not looking (e.g. lunchtime).

Sounds like you are 'addicted'

The grumpyness and the secretiveness are clear signs.

Anyone can become addicted to anything. It's psychological. Depends on how it's effecting the rest of your life though.
